If you are not 100% satisfied, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your items. But you should know that if you have used the product, we will not be able to refund you. Otherwise:
1. Contact our customer service via our email: firstname.lastname@example.org to know the return address. Please mention in your request, the order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for your return. Without this we will not be able to process your request and make the refund.
2. Drop off your package to our designated carrier.
3. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt of your package. We will automatically refund your account.
Note: the below conditions are not quality issues:
Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and differences in color due to differences in monitor display do not constitute quality issues.
Returns due to dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal preference do not constitute quality issues.
Damages due to use, wash, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors do not constitute quality issues.
Defective goods that have been clearly indicated at the time of purchase do not constitute quality issues and are not accepted for returns.
Please refer to our sizing chart for final decision on your purchase, as our service team can only offer our recommendations. Returns due to sizing issues do not constitute quality issues.
Due to differences in design and style between items, there may be slight differences to different items with the same size. Please refer to actual measurements.
Condition of return
1. You have 15 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Returns are checked by our quality managers. If they find that an item is torn, stained or used, the return or exchange will not be accepted.
2. If you return your item without notifying our customer service, our quality department will consider the item as non-refundable.
3. We do not accept packages returned via a COD service. Return shipping charges are not refundable.
4) We do not accept sale items unless there is a quality issue.
5) If the product is damaged by human, we do not take the responsibility to refund it.
