SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIME

All items are subject to a handling period before shipping. Most of our items leave the warehouse within 48 hours after payment.
Delivery times : Delivery typically takes 4-7 days working days in UK. For the rest of world, it take 7-10 days.
While most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that carriers may encounter. In most cases, orders arrive before the allotted time. Your patience is truly appreciated.

Please ensure that all delivery information is correct. In case of incorrect and/or missing information, we may need to contact you to update the delivery information, which may result in delays in the delivery of your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documentation and time to deliver your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order can be delivered to you either by the local post office or by a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not at home when the delivery is made, a notification card may be left by the postal service to advise how and where your delivery can be collected.
There will be no reshipment arrangements made in case packages are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.
I ordered several items but only a portion of my order arrived. Why is this?
We do our best to keep the costs down on your end so you don't have to pay high taxes on your items.
We have a wide assortment of products and we supply them worldwide to get the best quality at the best price.
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages with no additional shipping charges. You may receive several packages on different days. Keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

DO YOU HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
Order tracking information is available upon request and is normally available in the system after your package is shipped.

To ensure that you receive the item on time, please provide us with your full address, including city, state and region, if applicable.

CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION
