Return procedure

If you are not 100% satisfied, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your items. But you should know that if you have used the product, we will not be able to refund you. If not, we will not be able to refund you:

1. Contact our customer service via our email: contact.leggingspromo@gmail.com for the return address. Please mention in your request, the order number, and the items you want to return and the reason for your return. Without this we will not be able to process your request and refund you.

2. Drop off your package to our designated carrier.

3. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt of your package. We will automatically refund your account.

Condition of return

1. You have 15 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Returns are checked by our quality managers. If they find that an item is torn, stained or used, the return or exchange will not be accepted.

2. If you return your item without notifying our customer service, our quality department will consider the item as non-refundable.

3. We do not accept packages returned via a COD service. Return shipping charges are not refundable.

4. We do not accept sale items unless there is a quality issue.

5. If the product is damaged by human, we do not take the responsibility to refund it.

Note: The conditions below are not quality issues:

Loose threads, rough edges, thickness, feel and color differences due to differences in monitor display are not quality issues.

Returns due to dissatisfaction with style, color, and changes in personal preference are not quality issues.

Damage due to use, washing, maintenance, improper care, self-repair, modifications or other human factors are not quality issues.

Defective goods that were clearly indicated at the time of purchase are not quality issues and are not accepted for returns.

Please refer to our size chart to make the final decision on your purchase, as our service team can only offer recommendations. Returns due to sizing issues are not quality issues.

Due to design and style differences between items, there may be slight differences between items of the same size. Please refer to the actual measurements.
